Because I was so excited about someone actually using a background and "seeing it in action". Here is another one for today.. mega girly but it's spring in some parts of the world.

This one is pretty bright on the eyes, You would really have to play around with the fonts/colours.

I know the text doesn't match the background today.. I just couldn't be bothered playing with it, and well, you can still read it so it's all good. :)

Red dotty star STRETCH MINIMA BACKGROUND

The star red dotty.
It is too hard to read again.
The stretch minima templates don't have enough room for all the fancy graphics that you can do with the regular minima blog template.

The difference is that the writing area covers the whole blog on the stretch, which is why we like it, whereas the regular minima you have non- text areas to put nice graphics in.

I think these dotty backgrounds would really require playing with the text/font settings to get it readable :)

I played around a bit this morning and have a few more to post when I can.
Without washing out the colour totally it's hard to do a dotty background and still see the text.
Though you could prolly make it bold text and larger would help I would imagine :)

I liked this when I first saw it, but with all the writing and what not it just doesn't have the clean look it has standing alone.
Maybe if you got the right text colour combos happening? :)

Not that I do that many anyway, but I think I might play with this format for a little while.

FREE Minima Stretch Blog Backgrounds

Just a little FYI, in case someone has actually used one of the new minima stretch backgrounds yesterday and finds it no longer working...
I did an OOPS

I had to change them because when opened on a wide-screen (like my hubbies) you could not read the Blog as the background was all skewiff.

I was considering being lazy, as on my smaller screen you could see it fine but then I thought about if people actually used them they would want people to be able to read their blog no matter what screen.. so after a little bit of experimentation I found how to work it and fixed the ones I did yesterday.

The regular blogger backgrounds are fine, I just had to fix the new Stretch ones I am doing.

I really like the look of the stretch, I think it makes everything so much neater and easier to read :)
Anyway, sorry if you did grab one yesterday... hey, I never professed to be good at this, just playing around with stuff :) But they should be all good now :)

I started another blog to tidy up my Re-illy and keep that as craft only.
I really liked the stretch minima theme and thought I would create this blog with that, so I needed a new background.
